Celebrate Litchfield ! Composer Project kicked off at the High School with the first Sound Play Session with 7-time Grammy winner - Paul Winter! The high school students are collaborating with Mr. Winter to create an original composition celebrating Litchfield’s upcoming 300th Anniversary.
"The Torch!" High School Newspaper has been revived! The students are excited to publish their first edition around Thanksgiving time. More details to come!
The Dodgeball Planning Committee (masterminded by Matt Terzian & Jay Bolton) met this week. Don’t forget to save the date for 2nd annual: March 24, 2018 at Litchfield High School.
Litchfield Education Foundation is now welcoming four high school students as official "LEF STUDENT LIAISONS!" These four student leaders will help guide our mission, vision and values.

The Creative Writing Club kicked off this past week at Owl Library with High School student -- Faith Morgan! Faith brought this program to life (with more than 25 kids participating!) as part of her Girl Scout project.
November 2017: A grant for $1,750 was approved for this year’s Center School Book Club.
Grant for Oliver Wolcott Library’s "Summer Reading Program" was jsut approved to take place August 2018. CONTRIBUTION: $1,100.
